We saw Dr. Wheeler yesterday and I am truly pleased with our choice of surgeon.  Very nice, talked with us about all of our test results, and encouraged us to follow all we were told for approval and our surgeries will be done.  Apparently I was wrong about the GB thing, mine is fine after all of the testing that was done, and he didn't mention it coming out.  Dallas has to take antibiotics for a stomach bug, but other than that we are cleared from a medical standpoint.  Truly excited and primed, I am on 1/2 caffiene coffee (not to bad), and have started trying protein drinks for later.  Now all that is left is a 6 month program and pending approval.

We (husband and I) have had our lab, cardiac, endoscopy, evaluations and are waiting to follow-up with Dr. Wheeler next week.  I had to have my gallbladder checked out (I know it's not great!) and expect to have it removed next month.  Everyone we have met at King's Daughters have been wonderful, the program is run well and very smooth.  LOVE the Valet parking they provide.
