Keep focused on the goal. Walking without pain, no leg wounds that don't want to heal, being able to rollover in bed, get up off the floor, walk for a mile if you want. I walked my first half mile in 5 years yesterday, down a steep stone laden path and back up the hill. No cane only a walking stick I found along the way. You will not regret all the hoops you have to jump. Keep jumping don't ask how high because it is the jumping that is important. Good luck with the now soda sounds as though you are doing great.
