Weight Regain

Hi family it has been well over a year or maybe even two since I last posted to my wall.  I guess it has been because I am somewhat ashamed of the fact that I have regained over half of the weight I have lost and have had no follow up care.  I had my surgery in ALT and am now in NOLA and there is not a Dr here that will see me.  Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do to start the wl process again on my own.  I still cannot eat large portions and will still dump if I try to overdo it so I know my tool still works I am so desperate for some help right now.
