The scale will not move

I am 5months post op and  lost a total of 40lbs . For the last 3 months my weight has been the same at 185lbs.  I have not lost a single pound for 3 months, inches I am loosing very little here and there. I started working out 5 days a week and the scale still will not move. I would appreciate any suggestions and try anything to get the scale to move.
