has anyone had problems with there period...I got mine the day after surgery it went away for 28 days came back 2 weeks later and now it has been here for about 21/2 weeks..a lot of people told me this is normal but I wanted to get  more opinions..

OMG had my first dumping experience in the middle of the supermarket with my sister...Holy Crap scared the shit out of my felt like I was dying...Thank God is didn't last very long..The problem is i'm not even sure why it happened..I had a sugar free coffee and a 3 tiny peices of a blueberry muffin I have had both before..I can promise I will NEVER eat either of them again...

My kids got a wii fit from Santa...I love it...walked 3 1/2 miles yesterday and it was a breeze and fun..So many good games u don't even realize ur exercising...It also weighs and sets up programs for u..The best exercise ever.   Gotta try it..

Good Morning all it's probably the best Christmas I have had in a longtime.  Down 24pounds couldn't be happier..Just wanted to wish u all a Merry Christmas...

So temptation begins the family went out last night for Pizza...I have to tell you I wasn't hungry but as ur sipping on ur smoothie and there eating pizza it is hard....Just the smell was good.  All I wanted was 1 bite but I knew it would kill me...So I toughed it out...Hopefully this will get easier I just wanna chew on something other than Ice....

Good Morning...for all of u who just had surgery and can't keep protein down...All of the greek yogurt in the supermarket have about 12-16grams of protein per serving...It's a life saver for me the shakes were making me gag...tastes just like yogurt many different flavors...fat and sugar free....

Yuck..woke up this morning feeling great except one of my incisions is really red and pussy hopefully the doctor will see me today and take out these staples instead of tomorrow...Other than that feeling pretty good..Really do miss my Ice coffee in the morning any suggestions...

surgery was 5 days ago and as of this morning I lost 11pd can't get any better can it...I feel great like a new person already...
