Well For today is Saturday Feb 9 2008. Ive did the 5 day pouch test to see if it worked for me.
i weighed myself today . i used to weigh 187 and now I am 193
. why am I gainig weight. been on a liquid diet for two days . no carbs whats so ever . follew the plan and i gained 6 pounds. i cant seem to stop crying. why me.
