I have finally finished my supervised dietician visits, psych eval and letter from my pcp:  Cigna...I think they dropped dietician visits from 4 to 3... am new to this blog thing so it may sound random sometimes, but will keep posting to get feedback, support and networking.

I am so excited, I havent been regular weight in almost 20 years, the worst part is the tummy bulge, lord jesus, I cannot fit into anything without looking 9 months pregnant
