plastic surgery with affinity

Hi Amy: Sorry I don't know about your particular plan, but just wanted to remind everyone when talking about post op surgery always refer to it as reconstructive. Plastic surgery sounds like cosmetic surgery, and that will always be denied. You can call Affinity and ask what the requirements are for medical necessity for reconstructive surgery and see if you meet those. Good luck. S
