Can someone help me find a new PCP in Andover, MA / Nashua, NH?

Hi everyone - I am going to be relocating later this month to the Andover, MA / Nashua, NH area. I am about 9 months post-op, and will need to find a new PCP to continue my post-op and regular care. I live in North Andover. I don't know of any local PCP's or surgeon's for aftercare. I had my surgery in Boston at Boston Medical Center. My surgeon's name is Dr. R. Armour Forse and his number is 617-414-8052. My PCP's name is Dr. Avra Goldman. She also is at Boston Medical Center and her number is 617-414-2080. She is extremely supportive. Good luck.
