Question:
Does anyone recommend Lindora's Lean for Life to Break a Plateau?

I am 8 months postop, have lost about 125 pounds and still have at least 70 or 80 more to even reach a decent weight of 150 pounds. In other words, I am still MO. I am at a terrible plateau and my weight won't budge. I am thinking of going on Lindora's Lean for Life Plan to jumpstart the weight. Anyone have any experience with this program? I am not paying their fees, just doing the workbook on my own and trying to walk 10,000 steps a day with a pedometer. Do you think it will work for me to break this plateau?    — C. C. I am a pre=op, but Lindora was my last effort at weight loss (lost 150 gained 200). The diet itself is fine and easy-(high protein, low carbs)The menus are well balanced though, unlike the high fat from Atkins. The diet is similar to what all post ops should eat.
