Not a question, just a recipe........I thought people might like this .......

1 24oz carton of lowfat cottage cheese(small curd), 1 can crushed pineapples(unsweetened juice), 2 small pkgs sugar free pistachio instant pudding, 1 8oz carton fat free cool whip. Blend cottage cheese with mixer, drain pineapples and mix, add pudding and mix well, then add coolwhip and blend well. Thank you, Sana. Your recipe sounds really good, and I am trying to compile recipes for post surgery. It will come in handy and anything else that anyone cares to contribute is appreciated.
