Question:
Anyone in the N. FL or GA area have a revision? I am desperately

I had my original open RNY in Atlanta , developed a staple line disruption
complicated by marginal ulcer that had perforated and was revised , again
in Atlanta. The first surgery was Dec 2000 and the first revision was April
2001.
I just had my second revision to repair an atonic pouch.. meaning that the
pouch had no muscle tone or peristalsis to move food out of the pouch.. but
I chose to fly across the country to Washington state to have this surgery
with the best surgeon in the country..

Hi I had a lap RNY in jan. at Ocala Regional, my surgion was Dr. Muhammad
Jawad. I know he does do revisions as well as first time surgery. I am from
the Savannah Ga area but my insurance sent me to him. I thank god that they
did he is a gifted surgeon and you might want to get in touch with his
office if you havent found someone else.
