Curves Question

HI! I just read an answer to a question about curves and the workout. I would like to know from those of you who do curves what differences do you see in your body from doing the curves and how long did it take to notice the differences? I am 4 months post-op and joined Curves in October 2002. At my first month measurement day, I was down 8 pounds and 18 inches! I noticed the biggest difference in my arms and thighs. I go 3-4 times a week and just LOVE Curves. I have found the inches lost to be just as encouraging as the pounds. Good Luck, Stephanie!

I joined Curves on Oct. 27th of this year after shedding 111 lbs. Needless to say, I have alot of loose skin. I really don't want to have anymore surgery if I can help it, so I wanted to try to tighten it up with exercise. I also walk anther 30 minutes a day. In one month, I have lost 5lbs, and 15 1/4"s. I love "curves" and it is well worth the money...

I had open RNY on 3/6/02 and I've lost 123 lbs. I joined Curves on 7/1/02 and since then I've lost 49 lbs. and 48 1/2 inches. I love it! I still have quite aways to go, and the losing has slowed, but my arms and legs are so much stronger. I say go for it.
