Question:
Has anyon had the AGB procedure done...interested in success in maintain wt loss

Extremely interest in hearing testimonies pertaining to AGB procedure-(Adjustable Gastric Band) I'm aware of the VGB however, the two procedure differ I'm aware how but, unaware of the success rate of the AGB procedures. Hi Deanna, I don't have a lot of insight since I have only been banded 5 months but I can share my own experience so far. Some Drs will tell you that you will lose about 40% of your excess weight with the band based on the US studies. Howeve studies in Europe show this figure to be untrue and American band statistics are starting to catch up. I myself am only 9 lbs away from having lost 50% of my excess wt and it has been 5 months and I just had my second fill a few days ago so there is no reason for me to believe that I will not lose 100% of my excess wt and I will probably do it in about a years time.When I lose 100% I will have lost 150 lbs.
