Question:
Alerts on profile updates

I currently keep about 30 AMOS profiles bookmarked and check back about weekly / monthly to see if they've posted any updates. This is pretty time consuming so I was wondering if there was a way to 'subscribe' to a profile so that I get an email alert if someone has updated their profile.
