ok..just how do you check the stick and what does it mean

Hey, Long time no hear. We used to talk alot before you had your surgery. The ketosis stick is pretty easy. The more pinkish purple the stick the higher protein you have in your system. I try to keep mine on the 3rd reading which is right in between pink and purple. It is a higher pink, but not yet purple. I have heard that it is not good on our kidneys to keep it on purple for long lengths of time. The pale color is negative. The higher the purple the higher you are in Ketosis meaning that you are burning more fat, or that it is leaving your body. Hope that this helped you. Have a blessed day! ~Ang~
