Question:
Is it safe for us to continue relations?

To wrap it up nicely, my BF and I were having "intimate relations" last night when my incision started leaking a bloody tinge thin fluid. I am confident from my previous post that it is normal as long as it isn't green, yellow, pussy, or smelly. My question now is can we continue to have "relations" or should I wait, and if so, for how long. Thanks all!    — enjo4 (posted on December 26, 2001)

Although of course you might want to check with your doctor, I would encourage you to find an activity which does not put any pressure on the incision until it is completely healed. There is just a whole gamut of "relations" you can engage in which will avoid putting pressure on the incision. If you need help figuring some of them out, send me an email :) [email protected]
