Breast Augmentation in New York City - Where is Surgeon

I read sometime ago a surgeon in NYC/5 boroughs who uses a method that does not require implants. My left is minor so I am interested in a surgeon who does not displace the nipples or use implants. I understand there is a method in which the surgeon make an incision under the armpits. Some time ago someone who used such a surgeon - where is he/she. Thanks.    — Anna M. Are you referring to a mastopexy that lifts the breasts and reshapes them? I'm not aware of any method that provides the effects of an implant without an actual implant. Many plastic surgeons use the armpit incision to place implants.This incision is less painful and does not show.Good luck!!
