proximal is between 100 and 150 cm. Over 150 is distal-guess medial is somewhere in between. Do the math-how many centimeters in a foot?

5 feet is almost exactly 150 cm, so, you could call it either distal or medial, since each definition varies by surgeon, and there is no single universal standard.
