http://store.yahoo.com/bridgers/urbiolprotcr.html <p>Crystalized Protein. Suppose to taste like poprocks, pixiestix when eating it without water. Add water and it makes a Black Cherry Koolaid drink. I've haven't tried it yet but bought a box to sample for when I'm out of the hospital. There is also a site through yahoo that will allow you to buy samples. <p> Take Care, BE Well, and Be Happy!

they do make pills but you have to take a huge amount of them, and they make wafers, the wafers have 10 grms of protein. i found them on ebay oddly enough! put in 'protein' in their search, found all kinds of stuff!! those crystals were gross to me, they get foamy when mixed with water. a serving size is a huge amount to eat in a day! unless you snacked/grazed on them all day and i read that is not wise to do becuase it keeps your insulin levels up which makes loosing weight harder, good luck

EVery protein pill I've seen is like 3 pills = 1g. So, to get 60g, you'd eat 180 pills. The protein itself, even without flavoring is still about 1/3-1/2 cup powder to get 30g protein. So, it's just hard to do logistically.

hiya. i bought the "pixie sticks" protein but haven't tried it yet. i did find a really good protein drink: Zero Carb Isopure (it's NOT their protein shake/powder) it is like a sports drink. 20 oz containers= 40g of whey protein isolate, 160 calories, 0 fat, 0 sugar, 0 carbs. i dilute mine into a bottle of water and drink it all day long. i found mine at Supplement Direct and i've heard its at GNC. i also add Jarrow's Iso Rich Soy Protein Powder to most of my cooking to boost my protein intake. it's not a "shake" and it's not whey, it's formulated so that you can bake with it, boil it, freeze it and it's lose it's "integrity". 2 tbls=25g protein, 0 fat, 0 sugar, 0 carbs, 110 calories. i get mine online from: www.vitamintrader.com i have recipes using it on my website: www.geocities.com/katebme2002 good luck! kate

I took BIOSHAPE for a while, there is also something called PROTIVITY. Each pill is supposed to contain anywhere from 1-5 grams of protein. I took 2 a day for 2 months and then got my protein checked. Besides that I had only been eating about 50-55 grams protein a day. My labs were great and the protein was well above normal. I've heard from many people, including the website and distributors that it is also supposed to help the protein you eat be more effective, since we cannot absorb everything. The bottle is kind of expensive though. Here are two websites: http://www.royal-health.com/bioshape.htm and http://protivity.bizadream.com/ But I've recently heard about the protein crystals, and may give them a try as well!

Proteinex now has a pill version. You take 6 pills (2 at breakfast, 2 at lunchtime, 2 at dinnertime) for a total of 15g of protein. Just to warn you thought, they are big pills. I cut them in half to take.
