Wow, 75 pounds is a great loss, congratulations! Here is a link that I like to use, it gives you and estimated pounds that you can loose depending on where you are in your journey. Again, it's only a suggestion and 'm sure that it varies from person to person. Fitday.com is also a wonderful site to calculate your eating habits. Yes, it's a little tedious but I like it. Also, try to get in the water, it's important part of our weight loss. Keep up the good work! Best Wishes http://www.pacificbariatrics.com/postopplanner.phtml

Yes you are doing great, I had my surgery on Nov 11, 2002 and I am 5' 7". I have lost 92 # since then, I too have a hard time getting enough water, I average about 48 oz per day. Don't feel like a failure, have you ever lost this much in this short of time before? I think it is just amazing. Good luck your doing just great!

You are doing wonderfully. I just passed my 1 year mark and have only lost 80 lbs and nothing in 3 months. I am really jealous.

Sandra, I understand where you are coming from. I had my surgery on 11/6 and have lost 75lbs. 30 more to go. I have not lost anything for 3 weeks now. I am so depressed. I am exercising and felt I was eating fairly on track. I started using Fitday.com on Tuesday and was amazed what I am learning about my eating habits. I could not believe the amount of fat and carbs related to the amount of protien and calories I am eating. I think this will teach me something. I am on a low carb, low fat diet. With the limited calories I am consuming I was shocked at how they add up. I am hoping by adjusting my eating I will start to loose again.
