Question:
Why cant you eat for a couple hours after you are sick?

The nurse at my doctor's office told me that when you throw up your whole
system convulses and continues to convulse until it calms down in it's own
sweet time. Then you can take more in. Good luck!

I guess is demepnds on why you threw up. If I have something stuck ,and I
have to throw it up to get it out, I cna eat almost immediately afterward.
IF I throw up because of a virus, that is a different story.
