He's very upfront and isn't affraid to tell you how it is but he is one VERY VERY good surgeon! I couldn't of had a better surgeon! He's very straight forward and could almost be taken as rude/uncarring but truely he is very carring and is on;y trying to do what is best for you! He is very compitent in this surgery and he is very adiment about the aftercare follow ups and following the diet! I love him and thank him for changing my life for ever!rnWhen I first meet Dr. Rogers I really liked him he told me everything we were going to do. It sounded so wounderful but so scarry at the same time. Closer I got to surgery he kind of was rude \"as I took it\" but was still all for everything. After surgery his bedside manner wasn't the best. He kind of got snippy with me when taking out my drain tube. But after surgery he has done nothing but told me how wounderful I am doing and how proud of me he was. He said I was going to one great success and he new I could make the transition!

I really liked him could tell he was very passionate about what he does.rnMy impression has not changed.rnhis office staff are wonderfulrnDo not get him angry, listen to himrnaftercare is wonderful. they are there to answer any questions.rnI would give them 5 stars and both are greatrn the only thing i did not like is he sometimes can have a real potty mouth

Dr. Rogers is very well educated and tells you like it is. He says this surgery will work but you have to follow his instructions to the T. rnI was very impressed with him. He is never in a rush to get you in and get you out of the office. He takes time to sit down and talk to you and answer any questions that you have.

My first impression of Dr. Rogers is that he was very professional, down to earth, realistic, had a personality unlike many other doctors, and very to the point.rnHe is very persistant.rnHis staff is very informative and brief.rnNo complaints about him.rnHe is a very good doctor. rnHe has a very-well stuctured and scheduled after-care program.rnHe adressed the risks very well in my case.rnHis a very nice doctor and excellent with his care. rnHe is great in both bedside manner and competence.

I was impressed with my doctor from the first minute he spoke with me at my consultation. He treated me like a human being and was very in tune to my feelings and my fears. My impression of him only improved over time. My surgery with him was successful and he was very attentive and took time to listen to me and my concerns. I never felt like he was brushing me off or tired of my questions. Dr. Rogers is an excellent surgeon and a great person. He is genuine and explains things in detail well. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have surgery. His staff is awesome. Fawn and Heather are great and very friendly and effecient. Fawn was my biggest advocate and fought for me to get approved through my insurance. Without her I may have never had this surgery. I have a very good aftercare program and it is structured well. Overall, I honestly could not ask for a better surgeon or staff to work with. They are the best!

Dr. Rogers has some different bed side manners. He is very striaght foward about what he wants out of you. The staff is great. He and the staff work with you to get you to the goal you should be looking for. If he dont think you are going to make it he will tell you so. Dr. Rogers explains what the risk of the surgery is. The aftercare program is from what i have heard great. Dr. Rogers overall rate is that he dont beat around the bush He just tells you the way it is.

He doesn't sugar coat anything. He's honest and up front about the surgery and the risks. I was very pleased with him.

He appears to be right to the point and tals straight, very impress.

He is a fantastic surgeon and extremely knowledgeable and direct. Loved him! Great office staff, too. There is a support staff associated with the hospital as well.

Wow....I had my consult with the Doc today. It was not at all what I was expecting. I think that I read someone had compared Dr. Rogers to Dr. Phil...Well, that is a GREAT analogy.. He is a straight shooter. No glitz, No glam. And gets to the point. However, unlike other Doctors, I was talking with him for a good 45 mins to an hour. He did NOT breeze in and breeze out, letting some assistant talk to me. He did ALL of the talking. Making sure that I knew what I was getting into to. And, let me warn you now, if you smoke, drink, do drugs, or want to be thin just to look "pretty"....He will NOT do the surgery for you. This is a lifestyle change for your health. And he wants you to be healthy. He is a caring man and that definitely shows. We laughed, got serious, and then just talked like old friends. I am so glad that I went to see several Doctors in the area to make my choice. <B>HUGE PLUS: Fawn does ALL of your paperwork. You don't have to ever deal with the Insurance company.</b> When I told her that I was going to challenge her with having the hardest insurance carrier (Aetna) she didn't bat an eyelash. She said "I've never had a problem with them." And she has NEVER had anyone denied!!! I'm SO Excited right now!!
