He is a really easy going guy and he was been very hopeful with my surgery being approved. His insurance girl Donna is great!!
Dr Joyce was very personable and made me comfortable. His staff for the most part are great. There are a few people who could use a lesson in being empathetic with a patients.rnFrom experience with him being my mother's surgeon, Dr Joyce's bedside manner is great. He seems to really care, and is concerned with all of his patients well being. Whether it has anything to do with surgery or not. I remember my brother passed away from an automibile accident, and Dr Joyce and his staff sent a card to my mom (and the family) giving their condolences. They just happened to see it in the news paper so they took action. He also checked on my mom to see if she needed any medication....whether it be for sleeping or nerves to help cope with the loss of my brother. I give Dr Joyce a 10 out of 10.
My first impression at the information class... He knows his stuff. Talked to us, not at us. Seemed to be honest.rnI have had my initial consult and still think he it the doctor for me. Took his time, answered my questions and listened to what I had to say.rnThe office staff were very nice. They had to call and change my initial appointment. She was very sorry she had to do that. Seems to understand that when we go for the surgery we are at our last option.
He seems to care about his patients and really knows what he is talking about when talking about his profession. I have only talked to him on two different occasions, I am sure that I will have more to say later.
Dr Joyce and his staff are great! Very caring and compassionate dr and staff! I totally trust him and recommend him 100%! I was very confidant in him from the first time meeting him and my thoughts never once changed! I have only good things to say about him and his practice. My actually surgery took 31 minutes.
This is the nicest Dr.I have met! He seems to care about me on a personal level. The Nurses are very helpful and would reccommend anyone to just go meet him. I have yet to be approved but do not feel at all scarred about this. I feel as I will be in good hands. Something I like about this office including the dr's , They always say hi with a smile. I have tried this before and been to other dr's that they are all abou work snd forget the person they are working on.rnI got him name from someone I happen to bump into at a garage sale, she just had surgery, I stayed to talk to her for 3 hours! I thought what a perfect recommendation! She said he had just the perfect bedside manner, kind and sweet, she was right just by what I have seen of him.
From the very first seminar I knew that Dr. Lahmann was the right surgeon for me. He has a wonderful ability to put you at ease and make you feel that helping you get healthy is a #1 priority for him. He is extremely informative in his field and sympathetic to all of the physical, social and emotional problems of those suffering from obesity. No problem is too small or too big for Dr. Brian Lahmann. He will take the time to answer any and all of your questions with patience. As someone who has seen a plethora of doctors in her time, I can honestly tell you he is one of the best doctors I have ever had. Both his surgical competence and bedside manner are stellar. If you are looking for a terrific surgeon, Dr. Brian Lahmann is your doctor.
Dr. Joyce and his staff are very nice. He is easy to talk to and listens to what you say. He appears to be very organized. I feel very comfortable with him. He has excellent follow up care.
