He is absolutely a wonderful person! He cares about each and every patient. His office staff is always helpful. His procedure is done LAP. Many people have had great success with minimal pain after surgery. I hope to have my WLS soon!
Dr. Rutledge is in a class all his own. His determination to help his patients on both a professional and personal level is nothing less than remarkable. His criteria for surgery is strict, but his demands are always made with the patient's well being put first. His procedure allows the patient an opportunity to get home faster (2-day hospital stay); and recuperate quicker (2-weeks home before returning to work). He is truly a God send for the morbidly obese.
Absolutely the most caring physician I have ever met, and I am a 20 year health care professional. His surgical skills are great, his bedside manner phenomenol, and he is always accessible to his patients.
