James Totoro, M.D. Bariatrics Bariatric Center

If anyone has been following my profile you will notice that I have changed surgeons. I had originally gone to Dr. R. Cullen Thomas but after my initial meeting with him I got the impression that he perferred to do the lap-band procedure rather than the rouxny (sp)? I went to another surgeon, Dr. James Totoro, the following week and was very impressed with the time he took to make me feel comfortable. He answered my questions and gave me a few answers that I didn't now I needed. I am waiting for my insurance acceptance now and am hopeful.

Dr. Totoro was very thorough and honest about the surgery. He stressed that all the pre-surgergy stuff was necessary and that it is important for my safety. He was very relaxed and was willing to share any information that I needed! My overall opinion so far is great!!
