Northside Hospital of Atlanta Bariatric Center

My first impression is there is no way Dr Johnson is old enough for a driver's license, but I checked him out he is an excellent surgeon. His office staff is a caring wonderful group of people who have been quick to help me with anything that I have needed. He did a great job with my surgery and was very good at answering all of my questions. On a scale of 1 to 10 he is definately a 10.

I am sooooooo glad that I found Dr. Richard he is a great doctor. His bedside manner is the best of any dr that I ever had. He really cares about his patients before and well after surgery.

It was very comforting to speak with Dr. Hart. He knows his stuff and takes as much time as necessary to answer all your questions. His office staff is great. Cindi, his patient coordinator, is awesome. She is very helpful and guides the patient through every step of the way. I am enternally grateful that I found them because I feel secure in their hands. I'm currently waiting on insurance approval. Will post some more later.

My first impression was at the informational seminar. He was very personable(good humor) and open to questions. When you initially look at the Doctor, you notice how young he looks. As he talks and when you have your initial consultation, you realize how knowledgeable and thorough the Doctor is. The program at Atlanta Bariatics is very structured and organized. I account this to the fact they are a Center of Excellence. Aftercare & Post-op Support meetings are emphasized and required for treatment. I must give a shout out to the staff I came in contact with. Susie Darrow, the bariatric coordinator, was awesome with everything, and Latonya, insurance coordinator, knows her stuff. Thanks Guys!!!! I am pre-op so I have not seen the Doctor's bedside manner or aftercare firsthand, but will update my board soon.

I have been impressed both times that I have met with Dr. Johnson. He was patient to answer all of my questions. I have read negative reports about his office staff, but found none of them true for me. They have been very efficient and polite, and always return my calls.

My first meeting of Dr. Williams was in the OR at Emory just before he did my endoscopy to look at my surgery. He was very personable and I liked him immediately. I felt this was the right decision for me. Jackie, in his office, got my approval through BCBS in record time! I am blessed!

This docoor saved my life. On 01/05/09 i weighed 375 lbs as of 0913/09 i am donn to 250 lbs and still losing

153 lbs gone and what more can I say except Dr Hart saved my life!!!!Cyndi is great! Dr Hart is quiet but very knowledgeable.

Dr. Richard is GREAT! Very personable and very patient. He pays attention to every detail and then some!

He was very informed and concerned that i was confident with the procedure i wanted. He was great and spoke with me individually about my concerns or questions. The office staff is fantasic. Everyone was nice and helpfull beyond my expectation. They have went above and beyond to make this process easier for me. They let you know exactly what your in for. There are no sugar coats and you have to sign an agreement stating that you will do your part for recovery and long term healthiness. Overall, i couldn't imagine going to anyone else.
