All of his staff was helpful and encouraged me as I sent in my grievance to the insurance company.

The day they got the letter of approval they called and seemed to be as excited as I was.

Haven't had the surgery yet so I cant answer some of the questions.

VERY CONCERNED DOCTOR ABOUT PEOPLE, THE PEOPLE IN HIS OFFICE ARE SO WONDERFUL ESPECIALLY JOAN HIS INSURANCE LADY SHE WAS SO HELPFUL .I HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE PRE-EXISTING CLAUSE ON OUR INSURANCE AND LUCKILY IT WILL EXPIRE IN TIME FOR ME TO HAVE MY SURGERY.DR POTTS IS VERY LAID BACK AND EASY TO TALK TO WILL ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS, WELL I HAVE HAD MY SURGERY AND THE DR WAS GREAT LIKE I SAID VERY CARING CAME BY TO CHECK IN ON ME HAD THE NURSES GET ME A BED WITH THE TRACTION BARS ON THEM THAT HELPED ALOT. HE HAS THE KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT HE WAS DOING MY SURGERY ONLY TOOK 45 MINUTES AND I WAS PLEASED WITH THAT.
