Surgical Associates Ltd. Bariatric Center

I absolutely love Dr. Graham and his staff. I have surgery 12/2/11 and have had nothing bad to say about anyone at Sanford Surgical Associates. He is very knowledgable and answers all of my questions, very competent, his nursing staff is so supportive and encouraging. Stephanie is new (insurance Stephanie) and did a great job getting me approved. From start to surgery date it will be less than 3 months. Granted, part of that is my insurance as well. But I feel 200% comfortable having my surgery with Dr. Graham and at Sanford Health. I'm SO happy I chose him for my Dr and this path!

Dr. Graham performed my revision on 1-5-11. He lengthened my Roux limb to make malabsorption so I could continue to lose weight and also so my acid reflux would go away. I also had several hernias that he repaired at the same time. This was a bit tougher surgery than my original RNY because of the hernias. Recovery has been a bit longer, but I feel awesome! I am slowly getting back to my exercise routine and enjoying life again! I would recommend Dr. Graham to anyone considering weight loss surgery. He is a really skilled surgeon!

Dr. Glatt is a dedicated, informative, and competent doctor. Being straight to the point he let me know the risks and benefits of my upcoming surgery, as well as what to expect afterwards. The members of Dr. Glatt's staff are terrific, very helpful and knowledgeable. The before and after care program are great and I feel very confident and secure in the fact that my surgery will be successful.

What can I say? Dr. Glatt ROCKS!!! I've lost over 125 lbs.!!! Thank you!!!

My first impression of Dr. Glatt was wow what a kind and honest Dr. He was very upfront about risks of doing surg and explained why it was important that I lose some pre surg...wieght. He made sure I understood everything. His office staff is awesome as well..no one should be afraid to call and ask questions I have never felt like i was a pest. His nurse Tami is Great. rnrnDr. Glatt is strict and stands by his word so belive him when he says something. He is kind Dr. and truly wants his patients to have great success.

He is an awesome Dr. and really looks out for the well being of his patients! He is a good supporter and easy to talk to!

I viewed him as a man of few words - very professional and he doesn't miss a thing. After knowing him awhile he does not change. He instills confidence though. I really like him. His staff is very professional as well, yet easy to talk to. I really don't have anything I don't like that stands out. He is not one to sit and chat though. He is all business. He does not emphasize aftercare so much but he sets out expectations. I think he just expects it, but doesn't harp about it. He did address the risk of surgery. He was very matter of fact about it. I really like him and trust his abilities.

This man knows what he's doing. He's kind but very quiet. rnHis staff is wonderful. rnAny time I've had an appointment, I got in earlier than my set time, which made it easier for me since I had to drive 3 hrs. to get there!rnI would deffinately refer him to anyone.rnDr. O'Brien is very competent and caring surgeon although rather blunt and to the point. He doesn't sugar coat the process and wants the patient to know what to expect.

I really liked Dr. O'Brien. He was straightforward and to the point about my surgery. He said he would do whichever surgery I wanted and I really liked that. His office staff are awesome. He really emphasized aftercare on each surgery type and his programs are pretty thorough. He addressed all the risks of surgery but at the same time made me feel very comfortable and I have alot of confidence in him. I am looking forward to working with him over the next several months.
