Each and every time I ever had a question, big or small, Pam never failed to answer the question or she would call me back as soon as she got my message. In my opinion having a good nurse and especially one who has had the open RNY surgery herself is a big extra to having this procedure and knowing you are in very capable hands makes this experience so muach nicer.Pam is a very dedicated professional and goes beyond her duty to make all of us feel special.Pam works very hard to keep the support group meetings that we have each month interesting and very informative. These meetings help all of us whether we are post-op or just beginning our journies. Thanks are not enough for all she does.
