Carlos Ramos Bariatric Surgeon

Medical Studies at the Faculty of Medicine of Universidad Autónoma of Coahuila (UAC) in the city of Torreón and postgraduate studies at the Hospital de Especialidades No. 71 of the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) in the same city, concluded in 1995. Dr. Carlos, has more than 20 years of experience in surgery, is in charge of the General Surgery Department of the IMSS Clínica No. 16, besides being an Assistant Teacher of General Surgery Specialty in that Institution.  Due to his experience and private practice, Dr. Ramos has been collaborating with the medical team for about 15 years to assist as the second surgeon in all bariatric procedures given by the center.
