i really liked dr,georgiades he was very nice and seem like he new what he was talking about sue at his office is very nice and helpful
I was very impressed. He took the time to explain the different procedures and we decided to go with the Open RNY. The staff was very helpful. I will post more after my surgery in September.
HE WAS TERRIFIC. HE TOOK IS TIME AND EXPLAINED ALL MY OPTIONS. HIS OFFICE STAFF WAS GREAT GOT MY APPROVAL WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS.THE ONLY NEGITIVE THING I HAVE TO SAY IS MY APPIONTMENT WAS CANCELLED ONCE DUE TO A EMERGENCY BUT HIS STAFF LET ME KNOW IN PLENTY OF TIME SO I DIDN'T MAKE A WASTED TRIP. I FELT MY WHOLE EXPERIENCE WITH THE DR. HIS STAFF AND WEST PENN HOSPITAL WAS A 10.
Dr Georgiages is a very nice Dr. He appears to have a good bed side manor. He explained things well, but didn't seem to explain everything. My consult was scheduled one week after I called him, and my surgery was scheduled 2 weeks after that!!! I have no time to even think about it! He hasn't really said much about after care. His office staff was wonderful! He explained the risks of surgery, at the same time informing me of my risks of being this big.
Dr. Georgiades was very nice and we talked about my health. He told me the pros/cons of having surgery and he listened to what I had to say.
His office staff was very helpful to me and very supportive of my decision.
He told me what maintenance I would have to do in order for the surgery to be a success.

Dr. georgiades was a pleasant man to talk to he was very informative,recomended a type of surgery for me. I saw him once in his office before my surgery for a consultation then my surgery was approved very quickly so I did'nt see him again until the day of my surgery so my impression of him never really changed. His office staff was also very nice and very helpful with any questions that I had before and after surgery.I'm a very pleased with Dr. georgiades i really can't say there is anything I don't like about him personaly.He does not have a structerd after care program he works with each patient individualy,which was probably the only thing I did'nt like about him,he said he tried the stuctured program but he said that everyone is differant and that program just does'nt work for everyone,so he works with everyone seperatly.Overall I was very pleased with my experience I would recomend him and the hospital I was in highly.
