David E. Bruce Bariatric Surgeon DO, FACOS

I liked him very much he answered my question and made me feel comfortable. His staff was very helpful to me with insurance approval.

I thought Dr Bruce was a very caring dr who would answer any questions or concerns I had. I think his staff is wonderful. I just got alittle impatient waiting for my claim to be sent.

He seemed very down to earth and E Z going

Office staff is wonderful especially Valerie Davis, also a post surgical patient. Always has the time for you and so does her "sideKick" Patti.

He lets you know right up front that it is a long and rough road and not a miricle. He has two monthly aftercare programs in different parts of town so there is always one no matter where you live.

So far I think he's a super person and I am sure a great doc. He usually preforms his surgury with Dr. Allisson Clarey, I met her at the pre surg seminar. Did'nt much care for her personality. Not too friendly almost like she though she was TOO GOOD!!! But again this is just my opinion she may be a very fine surgeon and that is what really matter.

I went to my first informational meeting in Feb. and both Drs. Bruce and Clarey were there. The meeting was very informative. However, I had already learned so much from this and other web sites. Once I got new insurance I went to my initial exam. Dr. Bruce was very nice and answered all my questions. They have a great monthly support group.

I went to the hospital for a video presentation 3 weeks ago, and today I met with my surgeon. He was very nice and re-assuring. He ansered all my questions and told me to call anytime if I thought of any thing else. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. Now I just wait to see if my insurance will approve so I can get a date. I'm hoping to get it done before the holidays and even more pounds.

I've met Dr.Clarey"s partner,Dr.Bruce,and I am impressed and all fears of surgery have been eased.I will be meeting Dr.Clarey next week for my physical.I am so excited that the ball is rolling!

Alyson clarey is a doctor with David Burce and I have met both of the doctors and Im inpresed with their knowleds and have talked to many of their patients and have found out great things about them Their office staff is busy and professional and have helped answere many questions for me. Nothing negative to say

I HAVE MY FIRST CONSULT WITH HIM ON JUNE 11,2001.HE WAS THE DR. WHO RAN THE INFROMATION SESSION MY HUSBAND AND I ATTENDED ON MAY 24,2001.SO FAR HE SEEM TO BE A NICE PERSON AND HE DOES REVISION SURGERY I'M ON MY WAY MORE LATER.
