Donald Bedsole Bariatric Surgeon M.D., F.A.C.S.

I met Dr Bedsole for the first time on 3-02-04. I had complete respect for him since I have first met with him. Him and his office has been jus as pleasant as anyone could be. The nurse answered all of my questions that I had from a nurses point. I went to the office and didnt have to waite not even 30 mins after I filled out the paper work. The nurse took me back did what she had to do to me adn then about 5-10 mins later Dr Bedsole came in. He looked at all of the records I had brought with me and then checked my weight and asked me a few questions about my health and started tellin me about the surgery. I had 40 something questions written down to ask him about the surgery pre-op and post-op and by the time he finised xplaning everything I had jus a few questions to ask that he didnt answer on his own. I think Dr Bedsole is going to be a great Dr for me. I also got to meet one of his post-op patients before leaving. He told me everything I would need to do post-op. So I quess I would say so far he is a great doctor...

Dr. Lee was scheduled to be my surgeon at first. Some of you may have read my info on him before. Well, 2 days before my surgery, he had some sort of health problem and had to have surgery himself! So, I chose another doctor really quickly! I picked Dr. Donald Bedsole who was supposed to attend Dr. Lee during my surgary anyway.
He is a nice man also. His nursing staff is nice and always willing to listen or answer questions.
He hasnt given me much info on aftercare but lets me know things as I ask. This could be good or bad!
He did go over the risks of the surgery and explained everything that could go wrong. he assured me by telling me things about the past surgeries he has performed.
I had a few problems during my surgery that Dr. Bedsole handled very well. He is skillful in this surgery and has performed many!
