I think that Dr. Rau and his staff are not only proffessional but truly care about their patients. I always feel like they are there for me and my care is important to them. I have only attended one support group meeting and was pleasantly surprised at the number of attendants and pleased with the information I received. The care at the hospital was better than I anticipated. As you can tell, overall, my experience here has been awesome.
I actually met with Fritz Rau. There are three Rau brothers that do the surgery. They are all great. Very friendly, helpful and informative. The staff is wonderful, I could not ask for better service. They offer free fills for the first year and are ready to address issues that come up with aftercare. I feel as though he is not so much my surgeron but a father looking out for his child.
