I had heard good and bad things about Dr. Charles. I was starting to get concerned about it until I met him. He was very conciderate and knew my personality right away. He did not sugar coat anything and told me what to expect before, during, and after surgery. Not only the physical things but also the mental things. His nurse Celeste was helpful and very nice too. The after care is good. Did all of the necessary blood work but I would have like for him to know more about the nutritional side and helping with the nutrients. On an overall scale, Dr. Charles has a wonderful bedside manner and is a great surgeon. I am very pleased with him and his office staff.

I really liked Dr. Charles and I would refer him to other people. He was very nice in his office and at the hopital he did not have much to say. He was not very friendly. He does not have much of an aftercare program. If you go to Dr. Charles I would really try and go to the support group meetings in the area to talk about aftercare. Then i would also get online and do some research for what to expect after the surgery. Overall I really liked him.

Impressed. Heard his 'bedside' manner was not the best and believe it.

I think I owe him more than I can ever repay.
