I originally went to a Dr. Cerabona in Westchester (June 4) and have had all of my testing done and saw him again in July (31) and was told that I was claered for surgery. I have yet to have surgery and now have found a second Dr and am very excited to see Dr. Pearlstein. His office help seems to be very accomidating and kind. This is a big plus seeing I couldn't even speak to a human in Westchester. I am so ready for this surgery. I am more than ready to be healthy and able to enjoy things in life.

The first time I met Dr. Pearstein I found a kind gentle surgion who was concerned more about my well being than scheduling me for surgery. I had a bad night with my husband the night before and his staff and himself showed genuine concern for me and gave me the courage to see this through.
Not once did I ever feel afraid of his ability to do the surgery without worring about complications.
Dr. Pearlstein is a down to earth Dr. that makes sure that all of his patience get the best quality care while under his care and takes it seriously.
He will sit down with you and answer every question or concern you may have honestly and with sincerity.
He and his staff have a monthly support group that helps us become aware of others in our area so that we can comfort and suport each other.
The staff alsso has gatnered information about places for us to exercise, swim .
I would say that Dr.Pearlstein's staff are wonderful group of caring people with hearts of gold trying to help those of us in need of finding our true selves.
I haven't had the pleasure of his bedside manor as of yet but if it is anything like what I have already seen than I would say he is one of the nicest men and a great surgion I have ever met.

I found that he was very friendly and very kind and understanding and wanted to help me instead of telling me I didn't need this like everyone else tried to do when I ask if this was the right way to go.
He is a compassionate man that was willing to sit there and explain everything to me and made me feel comfortable with the decission I made.

Dr. Pearlstein is a wonderful person.
He made me feel comfortable right off, which is important because so many Dr.'s office visits left me wanting to run back to my car and never come back.
His office staff IS THE BEST! They are always polite and caring.
I have called some other offices prior to my appointment with Dr. Pearlstein and I thought they must have witches for office staff, because they were so nasty!
The only thing I don't like is that he doesn't transect, which may or may not be a big issue, so I am not gonna worry about it.
Dr. Pearlstein's office has a once a month group meeting, so that everyone can ask questions and get answers, both pre-op and post-op.
We went over all the risks of the surgery, although I was pretty well informed, thanks to this site.
I would give Dr. Pearlstein a 10 on a scale of 1-10 {10 being the greatest}

I went for my first consult visit last week - found his office staff to be very friendly. My impression of Dr. Pearlstein is that he is a very honest individual that will not try to glamorize this surgery - he explains that this is very serious and there are complications - however - it can change my life. I go for my psychological evaluation this week - then we submit our paperwork to the insurance company - I will keep updating as I go along.
