At my first meeting with Muller I was very happy to find that my docter was so warm and caring. I think that everyone likes to feel special and that their needs are important. I also liked the fact that he was so open and willing too answer any questions that I had for him. All my fears melted away, and I started to build a trust with him. The office staff was also very nice and willing to make me feel right at home. Any of the little problems were changed into challenges, because we all worked together for a common bond. Future patients should expect a staff and physician that really top notch. The aftercare was explained in such a way that I could understand easily. They also made it clear that they would be there anytime I needed them. The risks of this surgery was covered in the inital seminar. I would rate my doctor and his staff as excellent. I feel that a good bedside manner is just as important as surgical competence. In conclusion I am very happy that I chose to have my surgery at Sharp Memorial hospital.

I have every confidence in the world in Doctor Mueller. I have experienced him before with gall bladder surgery. He is very kind and took time to explain everything first.
He just made me feel really at ease about the whole process.
