I have been extremely pleased with Dr Salameh, his team and their weight loss surgery program. He is very pleasant and caring. He took a lotta time explaining my options, the surgery risks, the aftercare, etc. I had researched all bariatric surgeons quite a bit and I was very confortable having him as my surgeon. He is the best and gets a 10/10!
First impression was he seemes very caring ,first impression of him has not changed still feel he is a wonderful caring doctor,he emphasizes greatly the aftercare,Dr. Salameh did not pull any punches he let me know all of the things that could possibly go wrong.I rate Dr. Salameh a perfect 10.
The hospital however is a whole different story they are so understaffed that I feel it is best to have someone that can be able to stay with you during you hospital stay so that they can look out for whether or not you should need anything.
Dr. Salameh seems like a very caring man and most of all I liked him the moment I met him. I think he knows what he is doing and he seems to care about his patients. One other thing he is also the best looking doctor I've ever had, so I don't mind listening to what he says by no means.
I started off with Dr. Blake. I was recently switched over to Dr. Salameh and awaiting a meeting with him. So when i have this meeting i will update my info.
Dr. Roger Blake was very impressive he had all his business together. I could tell that he was very interested in my health and not just weight loss and appearances.
His staff was very patient and kind. Even when I was impatient and making several phones calls everyone was very sweet.
Although I havent had my surgery yet I feel very comfortible about Dr. Blake. He addressed all the risks and he makes sure that this is really what I wanted to do. He came highly recommended by my plastic surgeon, Dr. William Lineweaver, whom I trust dearly.
At this point I give Dr. Blake a good review!!
Due to the fact that Dr. Blake can not be reached and I am concerned about his absence,I will be changing surgeron.
I have spoken with Dr. Salameh's nurse and I will be consulting with him about my surgery. I have heard good things about him and I feel comfortable with the number of percedures he has performed.
I had my first consult with Dr. Salameh today May 4, 2004. My first impression of him and his staff was that he was a very kind and caring man. He went over in detail every single aspect of the surgery. Everything Pre-Op (different tests that have to be run, etc.)...The Actual Surgery (how it's done, possible complications and risks) ... and Everything Post-Op (diet and nutrition as well as exercise). He made sure that I understood everything and answered all the questions that I had. He had a wonderful bedside manner. His secretary Susan, his office manager Celica, and his clinic nurse Anita are all SUPER nice and caring. They have never made me feel like I was bothering them or anything. They have been very patient with me. I would rate both he and his staff so far a 10 out of 10.
