Dr. Fuller and his staff are very competent and accessible throughout the process. They helped me meet all my Insurance criteria (which were thorough and lengthy). I feel comfortable recommending Dr. Fuller as your surgeon for Gastric Sleeve surgery (which is what I opted for so the only surgery I can vouch for given my personal experience). Shannon, RN, is exceptional and works very hard to meet patient needs and requests in a professional and friendly manner. Your own personal experience could differ from mine but overall, you are in the best professional hands with this office and surgeon.

My wife and I have been very impressed with Dr. Fuller and his assistant Shannon. The seminar was very helpful and we were able to get my wife's procedure scheduled quickly. The surgery went without a hitch and he was even able to repair a hiatal hernia we had forgotten about. Thanks to the sleeve gastrectomy, my wife has now lost over 20 pounds and is looking forward to reaching her goal. Dr. Fuller has been extremely helpful, professional and pleasant to work with. I believe anyone would be happy with the treatment he offers. As others have mentioned, his office staff is somewhat lacking in tact. But so far it has been a great experience and my wife has lost 26 pounds!

There was one thing i wish i knew before selecting my surgeon, and it is just a personal delima that others may not have to concider. I had my lap band done in Dec and missed my follow up due to weather. Its now about 10 weeks later and I cant get seen because they only see patients on Wendsdays and im a student on that day 3 hours away. The receptionists attitude was poor. I have questions and concerns. Nothing major. The decision to get the Lap-band was major to me. I assumed Dr's office usually 5 days a week. After talking to the receptionist I feel like Insurance has already paid and my satisfaction/outcome is of no matter. I know my health is up to me but she made it clear that I chose my surgeon and thats his hours. Never asked if maybe i had a few questions or concerns maybe to refer me to his nurse or anything for the time being. Prior to surgury i am pretty sure i saw him on a mon B4. Why I give 5 stars? as for Dr Fuller and his nurse Shannon are WONDERFUL. I am a nurse also. This wasnt a hasty decision, I did my homework :) esp the surgeon. I trust them and still recommend them thus far. For me i just wouldent of gotten it done yet.

I first met Dr. Fuller at his weight loss surgery conference a St. Vincent. I knew then that I had found my surgeon. His staff was very helpful in the process. Shannon, his nurse, was very comforting and reassuring. She was a tremendous help to me. Dr. Fuller is honest and straight forward. All surgery risks and possible complications were discussed with me in detail before surgery. I had no doubts or unanswered questions going into it. He is a very competent surgeon with a great bedside manner.

I really like Dr. Fuller He does not rush you for any thing. He makes sure you understand everything. He is very pleasent. rnthe office staff is very nice to the will do what ever they can to help you. rnThe thing I like least about Dr fuller is I went through everything and then I got told I will have to wait for haim to get approved through medicare to be able to take medicare patients. I wish I knew this up front. rnHe is serious about the surgery If he thinks for a second you are not he will tell you to find a new physican.rnDr. Fuller went over the risk several times and gave me brouchers to read.rnI think he is great other than the waiting because of medicare.rn

I think Dr. Fuller is great and his staff too. The only frustrating thing is the long wait when I have an appointment. I have had to wait over 2 hours and usually have to wait at least an hour for my appointment. But when I am with the Dr. or his nurse, they do not try to rush me out. They take their time and answer all my questions.rn

DR. Fuller is a great surgeon ! He is a very caring person. The office staff is very helpfull, I had to call with paperwork issues before surgery and they were attentive to my needs.Dr. Fuller was very good about explaining the possible complications of this surgery. If I could go back to before the surgery and start over, I'd still choose Dr. Fuller.
