Great dr. He came to see me after my gastric Disease doctor referred him to me in the hospital after a procedure he came in talk to me see what I wanted to do and gave his suggestion I am now about to have a revision and he Has he seen a psychiatrist again even though it was not need it I value someone who has my mental health as well as my physical health a Priority.

I think he was an excellent surgeon. Super cautious if you have other health issues or family history of. I was originally suppose to have the "sleeve" surgery, but he referred me to a gastroenterologist for an issue. After 2 more tests, the gastro dr felt that the best surgery for me would be the RNY. Dr De Peri agreed. Had he not been this cautious and though, I may have had the wrong surgery and would still be dealing with my gastroparesis.
I have my first post op appointment on 1/3/12.

Very Skilled surgeon. not the best bedside manor but who cares as long as he did a good job on the surgery. Hand holding done by excellent nurses at St. Lukes Hospital.
