Everyone in his office has treated me with courtesy and respect and proven themselves to be efficient and knowledgeable. rnrnThere is a strong emphasis on aftercare with regular follow-ups, accountability with a physical therapist regarding exercise, and a montly support group. There was also the EMMI program, viewed online at the appropriate times in the surgical process.rnrnThe risks of surgery were clearly defined and addressed throughout the preop process.rnrnOverall, I give Dr. Kaza and his staff a rating of \"Excellent\".rnrnPersonally, I prefer surgical competence. A comfortable bedside manner is well and good, but what really counts is the surgeon's ability.
