I was referred to the office by both an existing patient and family member. Everything you could ask for in a surgeon and the staff - expertise, care and concern, giving me all the time and attention I need and Dr. Bilof's excellent reputation and ability to care about his patients. Since my surgery in March 2011, I am off all medications for: Diabetes, Cholesterol, Hypertension, Depression and my blood pressure is normal. I enjoy shopping again (down from 22 to 16 1/2 in less than 2 months), my knees/hips/back feel better, and I have a new relationship and am enjoying intimacy with my partner. I feel good and life is better. My sex life is sweet. My grandchildren are happier now that I can play with them. Thank you!!!!!

I was referred to the office by a friend. My comfort level with all at the office, they are friendly and supportive and fund to be around. Dr Bilof's knowledge and expertise was also an important consideration. Dr. Bilof's backstory is very touching (that he was a vascular surgeon and dissatisfied and frustrated that he could not impact his patient's health 20 years before they came to a vascular surgeon - so he stopped and was retrained in Bariatric surgery - and has never looked back.)

I was referred to the office in South Jersey by friends and co-workers. I had gastric sleeve surgery on 9/12/11 and - as of my testimonial - I am off all of my diabetes medicine and my cholesterol medicine. I have more ambition to get off the couch and do something! I had gastric bypass surgery on August 31, 2011 and 3 1/2 weeks later, I am down from size 22 to 18! My knees/hips and back feel better. this is the best choice I could have made in my life. I have never been around staff so friendly before the GSBWC staff and Dr. Bilof makes me feel at home. Thank you for everything and getting my health back. No more aches and pains!

Dr Bilof did my gastric sleeve surgery on September 12 2011. I would definitely refer the office, the team and the entire group to anyone considering weight loss surgery.

3 weeks after surgery - and I can fit into a Large now. I am looking forward to continued success with my surgery and the work I have put in - and will continue to put in for my health. I have a comfort level with everyone on the team at Garden State and feel taken care of and supported.

Diane Duva - the Transplant Coordinator over at St. barnabas referred me to the office (and alot of the transplant patients are referred to the office - and I can see why). Dr Bilof is expert in his field and his staff is caring and attentive and supports whatever I need. My Hypertension is lower, I lost 20 lbs in the 1st 10 days after surgery!
