My first impression of Dr. Paluzzi was that he was very informative and patient.rnMy impression has not changed.rnDr. Paluzzi office staff is very friendly and helpful.rnI have not seen anything that I dislike about Dr. Paluzzi.rnFuture patients should know that he is very patient and is ready to answer any questions that you may have.rnDr. Paluzzi emphasize aftercare each time you visit.rnDr. Paluzzi has a dietitian set up to help if needed and recipe book to help with food choices.rnDr. Paluzzi explained the risks of surgery veryrnplain.rnOverall I would rate him a 99. Can't rate him 100 because he is not God.rnDr. Paluzzi surgical competence and bedside manners both are great

my surgeon is the best,,my impression never changed as of date.The office staff is awesome and very personable and make you very comfortable.Dr. Paluzzi wants all his patients to achieve there goal and enphasisis how important that support group is.rnrni knew all the ends and out before my surgey and felt very educated before hand,and he makes you feel as if he is going thru this with you as a patient.rnrnmy overall experience was and has been awesome!!!!!

I have known Dr Paluzzi for many years and worked with him on a professional level being a registered nurse. He is an excellent surgeon. He really cares about the long term success of the Lap Band program at Palmetto Surgery. He stresses aftercare as being the hallmark of the program. I am his Support Group Leader, so i know how much this program means to him. I have nothing but positives to say about the Lap Band program that Dr Paluzzi and Dr Hughes have. I have am a thinner happier, healthier person because of it and i am proud to be part of the team.

I see that I am not expected to post only positive comments; however, I simply have no negative comments concerning Dr. Paluzzi or his staff. rnrnI found his seminar prior to the surgery to be very informative, his staff to be very supportive, and that his association with Dr. Hughes to be excellent. We who have the surgery from either Dr. Paluzzi or Dr. Hughes declare whichever was the primary surgeon that day to be the best. rnrnThe monthly support group meetings are impressive as it gives all of us the opportunity to discuss issues and questions with each other and to be relieved to see such success stories. Neither doctor attends the support group meetings which in itself are telling of the importance these doctors place on facilitating open discussions on any issue. The program each month at the support group quickly changes to focus on any issue that is of current importance to those present!rnrnTheir program should be a model for others!rnrnFour months from surgery, 40 pounds off, and I only wish I had done this years ago - and with this medical team!

My first impression of Dr. Michael Paluzzi was that he was down to earth and understanding. He and his office staff have been wonderful. I attend the lapband support meetings that are offered. I had my surgery two years ago and things are going great ! I am now at my goal weight and he and his staff have made it possible for me.
