Orreth Bruce Case Bariatric Surgeon M.D.

I am 1 year & 8 months post-op have lost 228 lbs. & feel great! Through my post-op care Dr. Case & his staff have been wonderful. I have no complaints. I never thought that I would be under 400 lbs much less 200! Now I'm 183 lbs & working on losing my last 30 lbs or so. Dr. Case encourages you strongly to follow his post-op care instructions in which I have done & so far have not had one problem. I thank God every day for sending me to him, he saved my life. I now know what it means to \"eat to live & not live to eat\"!

My first impression of Dr. Case back in Dec 04 was very mild mannered but serious and passionate about his patients and profession. I had to postpone my 1st surgery due to my mothers sudden terminal illness, after her death I again went back in March of 06 to continue my process and he was just as loving and caring. The staff is great they meet you with a smile. Seane'se is wonderful and always upbeat....I just loved her. There wasn't anything I didn't like about Dr. Case he is very up front and I like that. Future patients should know that he is very fair. Aftercare is a must to him it increases your success. I'm told many times about much he will see me after the surgery and how important and vital all my aftercare appts are. Dr. Case was very up front about the risk and I would give him a 110 rating. He was very knowledgeable and sweet as a button. Just Great!!

MY FIRST IMPRESSION OF DOCTOR CASE WAS HE IS VERY ATTENTIVE AND ANSWERED ALL OF THE QUESTIONS THAT I ASKED. THE STAFF IN HIS OFFICE SEEM TO BE VERY NICE ONE IN PARTICULAR SHANESS WHEN I WENT FOR MY INITIAL CONSULT I WAS VERY NERVOUS BUT SHE REALLY PUT MY MIND AT EASE SHE IS A VERY NICE PERSON.DR. CASE IS REALLY DETAILIED IN THE BENEFITS AND ALSO THE RISKS OF SURGERY. I HAVE NOT YET HAD SURGERY BUT I AM CONFIDENT THAT I HAVE MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE IN HAVING DR.CASE PERFORM MY SURGERY.

He is extremely friendly, He really watches your expressions and responses to statements, I guess to see if he wants to perform surgery on you.

His office staff is great...all of them.

DR.CASE IS A WONDERFUL SURGEON,I AM FAMILIAR WITH SOME OF HIS WORK.HE HAS GOOD MANNERS AND EXPLAINS EVERYTHING THAT YOU NEED TO KNOW.HIS STAFF IS WONDERFUL I FELT WELCOMED AS SOON AS WALKED IN THEY FRIENDLY AND I LOOK FORWARD TO WORKING WITH THEM.ALL OF THE RISKS WERE EXPLAIN TO ME.HE DOES HAVE AN AFTERCARE PROGRAM AND HE PUTS GREAT EMPHASIS ON IT.WHAT I LIKED MOST IS THAT HIS STAFF DID NOT MAKE ME FEEL LIKE A OUTCAST BECAUSE I AM OVERWEIGHT.

My first impression was that he definitely was a good surgeon. He is kind, compansionate and cares. Office staff is nice, except for Estelle.

My first impression of Dr. Case was very impressive. He seemed very concerned about my obesity issues & concerns. Immediately I knew that he was the right Bariatric surgeon for me. My impression only got better with time, he took the time to explain everything there was to know about my different options for weight loss surgery and he recommended which procedure he thought would best suit me. His office staff is great as well, everyone is friendly, professional & courteous. I can't find one thing that I have not been pleased with. If you need any kind of surgery--Dr. Case is the one !!!!! He strongly encourages you to go by what he tells you to do/eat, and explains why. So far the aftercare that I have received has been exceptional. Yes he has a structured aftercare program & encourages you to follow it. Dr. Case went over everything about the surgery & risks, until I had a full understanding of the whole process, & he did this PATIENTLY. I rate him the best! He is outstanding in competence & bedside manner & is very compassionate. This is my honest opinion. I went to other surgeons B4 I met with Dr. Case, and I was not impressed at all, after all this is my life & I wanted the best surgeon & in all honesty Dr. Case was the one for me.

My first impression was that he was very sincere and caring. He is a christian, who attends my church. my impression of him has never changed. The office staff is very caring. Future patients should know that he will take very good care of you.

He really emphasizes after care, weekly visits at first, then montly, semi-monthly and then yearly.. He has a very strict after care program. He addressed all the risks involved with my surgery.

I would rate him an A+...

His surgical competence and bedside manner are wonderful...

My first impression of Dr. Case was good. He has a very warm personality. I interviewed three other well known Bariatric Surgeons in the Atlanta area and when I met Dr. Case I knew I had found my surgeon. On my first visit Dr. Case went over everything regarding the surgery and had me take a quiz to see how much I knew about the surgery,"the good and the bad". The staff has been very helpfulwith getting all of my paperwork to the insurance company in a timely fashion. I liked the fact that Dr. Case was very honest and he seemed to genuinely care. He is really big on aftercare, and has expressed that we will have a connection for life. I look forward to my new journey to a healthier and happy life, and I am so fortunate to have such a fantastic doctor to join me on that journey. I would recomend him to anyone interested in having Bariactric Surgery.

My first impression of Dr. Orreth Bruce Case was wonderful. I couldn't believe how well into detail he went with me. He was very open with me about the risks with the surgery. He answered all of my questions that I had for him, and in detail. His staff that I met was very friendly and willing to help you with any questions or anything that you needed help with. Dr.Case is a very wonderful doctor I would recommend him to anyone. I had thought at first of only talking to him and then finding some other doctors to do the same with, but after I met him I knew that he was the Doctor for me. I didn't need to look else where. His aftercare program from what I have heard is excellent. I would rate Dr. Case a 10 overall because of his attitude and his overall knowledge and willing to explain. I believe that both surgical competence and bedside manner is both very very important. You have to know what your doing, and you need to behave with manners both on duty and off duty. The only thing that I can say bad is that when I went for my first visit with him, I had to wait 3 hours, but only because he was running late with surgery and then pre-op on another patient.
