Dr. Kispert did my original surgery.

Dr Kispert was very professional yet easy to talk to. I was glad that he was easy-going. It made me a little more at ease talking with him. He didn't rush me at all during my visit and made sure all of my questions were answered. Highly recommended!!

I just met my surgeon in a consulation this past week and he appears to be very efficient, knows his subject matter, low key, determined, dry sense of humor, reassuring, warm.

I, James Mendes of Nashua, NH have not yet
had the surgery. Dr. Kispert was the great surgeon who performed the surgery on my wife on 09/16/2002. My wife and I were both very
pleased with his professionalism, mannerism,
and his compassion for people.
The entire staff at DHMC is so caring, and loving. They always take the time to explain
everything, and there support meetings are so
informative, and educational.
There is nothing least to like about the doctors, or the staff at DHMC.
If anyone is going to go through this surgery
they should attend a support meeting at DHMC,
and see for them selves how compassionate he is. His post after care is great. He always
has time for his patients, and loves to communicate with them post op.
The aftercare program that DHMC offers is the best thus far. My wife, and I are so please too have such a caring team of professionals offer such a program.
Dr. Kispert, and his staff explain all the risks and benefits of this surgery very clearly. They are very compassionate about there patients.
We would rate Dr. Kispert and his team a "10"
there is no better team around.
We feel that both surgical competence, and bedside manners are very important in treating a patient. We would also like too add, his caringness that he and his staff offer each and every day.
I, myself am thinking of going through this surgery now myself, to live a better healthier lifestyle.
Thank you all for your time.

I thought Dr. Kispert was wonderful. He has a very dry sense of humor, but a great bedside manner and definitely has enough surgeries that he's performed to make people comfortable in having him for a surgeon.

My impression never changed of Dr. K. He was wonderful pre-op and he's wonderful now.

His staff is fantastic. Very caring and never too busy to answer questions. They make sure that you know that whenever you have a question or concern, you can call and get an answer.

Overall, Dr. Kispert and his staff are great. Very knowledgeable and dedicated. If I had to go through the process again, I wouldn't have wanted things any different.

I was very impressed with Dr. Kispert. He knows his "stuff" and he has such a sense of humor and dry wit! I really felt like I had the best surgeon. I would use Dr. Kispert again anytime! Thank you, Dr. Kispert!!

I have only met one on one with him once an dI loved his personality and dry sense of humor. I heard him speak at the support group meeting and I was very impressed with his candor.

He seems like a very serious and professional doctor. I only met him for the first time about a week ago, but he seemed genuinely concerned, and downright honest about things. He doesn't have much of a sense of humor, though, but he's nice enough. His staff has been less than helpful, tending to push me around quite a bit, except for one woman who was very kind and helpful. There is a very structured after-care system set up, with many follow up appointments. He was very frank about what to expect, including norms and risks. As a doctor, so far, I would have to rate him as a 9, but personality is lacking a bit. I give that a 5. Hospital staff overall sucks. I would give that a 2, and that is only because of that one nice woman. I think both surgical competence and bedside manner are important, but surgical competence is obviously my main concern. My doctor has a very high success rate, and he has only had one patient die ever, two that never lost any weight, and that is out of approximately 600 patients.

My first impression of Dr. Kispert was a very warm and kind and caring person. My impression now of him after surgery is one of gratitude and he is the most wonderful caring Doctor. His staff is very helpful, caring. He explains things right to the T. IF you have any ?'s he will answer them. Future patients have nothing to fear with Dr. Kispert, he makes sure that all your ?'s are answered and he cares for his patients as well. They have a great aftercare program. He addressed all the risks of surgery to my husband and I. He did a fantastic job. I would say that he is the best surgeon I give him a 100. Both of his competence and his bedside manner are both wonderful great and caring.
