I cannot be more thankful to have found Dr. Weber. I started my bariatric journey a couple of years ago with a different practice and the experience was horrible. No kind of patient service or care. I was just money to them. After doing much research I decided to go with Dr. Weber and I'm so glad I did. His team is exceptional from the receptionists to the Bariatric Coordinator. They make this process easy and possible for anyone. I've never met a Dr. with better bedside manners. He was with me every step of the way even with non-related complications. That made all the difference for me.

My primary doctor referred me to Dr. Weber and as soon as I met him, he made me feel at ease. Dr. Weber has a wonderful gift of making you feel comfortable. I liked the fact that he spent time with me at each appointment. I also felt he was genuinely interested to answer my questions and cared about how i was progressing. Both he and his staff were always very kind, wonderfully supportive and super funny. There is also an active aftercare program that is wonderfully helpful because of the honesty of the participants and the moderator, Sandi "tell-it-like-it-is-in-love" Gallo,RN. I highly recommend Dr. Philip Weber and his whole team if you are considering any of the weight loss surgeries! I had my surgery on 05/26/2016 and to date I have lost 88lbs. Victory! Victory! Dr. Philip Weber is marvelous. I would totally recommend him. He has a \"bedside manner\" that is unmatched. He is very kind and particularly is interested in what is going on in your life that effects your diet and weight loss. I had lapband surgery on 9/15/08 and am down 55 lbs with another 50 to loose. I'm looking forward to being at goal weight by the fall.

I am two weeks out from my surgery which was removal of my LapBand and revision to RNY. Dr. Weber is absolutely wonderful and I have such a major crush on him. He spent such time, listened, made you feel so comfortable. The entire team was wonderful, Gail - Lori are just the best! Follow up is tremendous, could not ask for better. I have had other surgeons in the past and they have paled in comparison to Dr. Weber and the program at NY Bariatrics. All I can say is that Dr Weber from NY Bariatrics is absolutely top notch. Our first consultation was cut short by a surgical emergency, but he arranged for me to meet him the next evening, to finish our talk. He went over all the benefits and the risks that having this surgery would entail. But the time he took with me and my husband an later on with my parents, really put all our minds at ease. rnDr Weber has been with me every step of the way, and he really cares about his patients. Dr. Philip weber is not only my surgeon but my friend. This man is compassionate and greets you with a smile and a hug every time he sees you. He always listens and never rushes you out of your time in his office. I would highly recommend him and have all faith in this man. He truly is a gift from God.

I liked Dr. Philip Weber from the outset. He first took the time to get to know me before launching into my questions and a very thorough discussion and diagrams of the possible procedures. I didn't feel rushed and very quickly felt that this was the surgeon I wanted to work with (I've met with one other who made me uneasy). I was very impressed by the holistic and overall approach of the office -- you become a patient for life and all aspects of "me" would be treated, including the "mind". I like that they have a complete website and make use of a personal site that has all of my information and allows me to communicate with the office. So far, after the initial consult, I think I have found the right fit to help me change my life.
