I am so pleased with my decision to have Dr Kruger perform my surgery he was awesome! They say sometimes the first impression is the most important and for me that's correct!

Dr. Kruger is phenominal, his staff are super, the process was worth the final result, this was one of the best things I have done for myself. Dr. Kruger answered every question, as does his staff.

I think so far Dr. Krugar and his team have been amazing :) .I was affraid because I am in recovery from drug addiction over 3 years but still get treated unfair and not taking care of the way I should .. Dr. krugar shook my hand and congradulated me : *( that doesn't happen often to me from the medical field . That shows right there the type of surgeon he is. Also I have changed so many things in my life to get ready for surgery. Dr. krugars team has tought me so many informational tools I will need along my way. I am excited and very relieved It's almost here. I had my first apt. April 22 , 2012 my insurence approved a few day's ago and I am longing for the call to book a date. It's only June 19, 2012 so That means next couple weeks :) That means a little under three months !!! How great are they!! I kinda didn't like when I called about a date I did feel a little likk I botherd Jenifer but she has her hands full . We have so much anxiety just waiting for the date. I don't think It was exsplained how the insurence and how getting a date happens so It leaves anxiety. Other than that I can't think of one other thing I didn't like ...I have worked hard but they made it easier with there encouragement and they give you the facts .. I will update after surgery which I feel I will be thanking Dr. Krugar for a chance at life!! And also for treating me like a human being :) I give him a 10 so far. P.s. updating the next day I got a date for July 2nd wow they know we have waited a long time and a day longer is hard. xoxo

I had my surgery on 4/5/12. It did not take long to get a date once my insurance returned the approval. Dr. Kruger did an excellent job on my surgery. The whole hospital staff and everyone who participated in my care taking was wonderful. Very nice, very helpful. They made sure I was calm and comfortable in the pre op room, the operating room they were letting me know step by step what was going on, the recovery room & in my room. Everyone was so nice and took very good care of me. I went home on 4/6/12 about 6:30pm. I had a question today for Dr. kruger, he responded to the page and called me back within 5 minutes. I am 100% completley satisfied with Wareham Surgical Associates, Tobey Hospital & Dr. Kruger and his team. I would reccomend them to anyone in the area considering bariatric surgery and can say with confidence, you will not be dissapointed.

My first impression of Dr. Kruger was he was very pleasant and very blunt. I appreciated the fact that he gave me the pros and cons of the surgery and his staff were extremely helpful. When I started the process of WLS it literally took only 3mths till surgery. They are quick with the paperwork and if you call with questions they get back to you promptly. Dr.Kruger has a structured after care. When you are being discharged the nutrionist and physician go over everything you need to do. I also had my appointments for the next year already scheduled and didn't have to worry about making them myself. I thought the best thing about Dr.Kruger was he was extremely comforting to my mom while I was in recovery and made sure she knew and watched that I take my vitamins everyday and stay hydrated. The only thing I don't like is that after surgery I don't have scheduled appointments with him. They are with his Physician Asst. and Nurse. I would have felt a little more comfortable seeing him at my first two appointments after surgery. But I would recommend him to anyone that is considering WLS in Massachusetts

My first impression of Dr Kruger was that he knew his business. He was very knowledgeable of the gastric procedure and has performed many.

When I first met Dr. Kruger, I really liked him. He knows his patients and he makes sure he reads your chart before coming into the room so he knows what he is in for. My impression of him never change. I liked him right from the first time I met him. His office staff is wonderful and understanding. Dr, Kruger does emphasize about aftercare and they have a wonderful aftercare program. He also was very informant about the risks of surgery. I would recommend Dr. Kruger to anyone who wanted to have this surgery done. He is a very great doctor. I feel that surgical competence is better than bedside manners. I would rather the doctor have no bedside manners and be a great doctor than have a doctor who has wonderful beside manners but is not surgical competent.

So far my impression of Dr.K has been very brief. The program at Tobey is fantastic though. I love my nutrionist. The therapist has been great, along with all the nurses I've met. The process moves fairly quickly, but I love the idea of the 5 year after care and the work shop you have to do.

I first met Dr. Kruger at the seminar on weight loss surgery. I was called for an appointment only 2 days later. That pleased me!rnrnWhat a wonderful office staff he has! Everyone is knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. They are quick to return your phone calls, and get your appointments scheduled rather quickly!rnrnDr. Kruger is so incredibly dedicated to his patients, and wants us all to succeed. He makes us a part of his program for 5 years, minimum! He stresses the importance of aftercare...what you eat, how you eat, when you eat, etc.!rnrnThe aftercare plan is so very structured. You go to your appointments with him, nutrition, and are encouraged to go to support group.rnrnI don't think Dr. Kruger overlooked one single question, or situation that could happen. All risks were clearly explained.rnrnHe is such a great surgeon, and person. I will always think of him as the man who helped me get my life and health back!

I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Kruger, about his office (Wareham Surgical Associates) and about his affiliated hospital, Tobey Hospital (Southcoast Hospitals Group)in Wareham. I had my surgery on 10/28/08 and had no problems whatsoever throughout the before and after process. rnrnHe is a caring, compassionate and skilled surgeon, and his office staff has exceeded my expectations in all areas. The program at Southcoast emphasizes a great deal of pre-surgical education and by the time you get to your day of surgery - you are ready! The aftercare programs are equally as strong, and I have felt supported and well-cared for throughout this journey. They both deserve and receive my highest regard for going above and beyond in all areas of the care I received, and I would recommend this program, and Dr. Kruger, to anyone interested in having bariatric surgery.
