I love him, his staff at the seminar very informative and made you feel at ease. He has a soft voice but he makes you understand the pros and the cons of this surgery.. He don't sugar coat the situation. We was told that we would be married to him and CAMC.. LOL.. Aftercare was explained and seems structured enough but like he (Dr Shin) said he is only giving us the tool to loose weight what we do with it is up to us..Looking forward to having him do my Gastric bypass..

I liked Dr. Shin when I met him because he is very kind and he is straight upfront about this surgery. he doesn't sugar-coat it either. He was very honest with me and he didn't reat like I was less a person than he.I have only seen him once but look forward to seeing him again on the 11th.His office staff was very nice and were more than willing to answer my questions. My first impression of Dr Shin came when I researched him on the net. When I began researching, I checked into qualifications and recomendations. I went to his seminar and was very interested and he was polite and answered my questions completely. His office staff dealt with me for the full 20 months of my insurance dilemma. They were very patient and very understanding. Especially Katie. Extremely kind and understanding. Post op, I encountered some painful complications, Dr Shin was there for me, calling me from his home on weekends and after hours. Surgically, I believe my procedure went extremely well and my complications were not due to any type of neglect or inability. I would recommend his highly to anyone interested in this type of surgery.
