Wade Nazari Bariatric Surgeon M.D.,F.A.C.S.

Dr. Naziri is one of the BEST I've had a chance of knowing and being under his care. I started out with interest in lap-band but because I have PCOS I did thorough research on it and chose to undergo RNY instead. He's really patient and extremely caring. He takes your feelings and apprehensions into account when he makes any decisions as any dr. should. You feel like your talking to someone who genuinely cares and he genuinely does. On the other hand sometimes some of the office staff can come off as rude and incoherent, otherwise a very strong and good foundation towards your life journey.

first off , Dr Nazari came off ass a man that cares and at the same time a man that dosnt beat around the bush ,nothing was suger coated !, ( witch is what i like ) . he was kind , answerd any and ever question i had ,, he explaned everything in great detail .. his staff at southern surgical are just the best .. i have a follow up apintment on 7 / 13 /11 with him and we go forward from there .. i have nothing negitive to say about any part of my experience , even the post surgery pain wasnt all that bad .. as of right now , only being 2 days post op , im glad i went threw with this srgery and im more glad i choice Dr Nazari to do it ..

He's the best. His only problem (if it is a problem) is that he takes too much time with his patient!! I have to take a book to my appointments because I know there will be a wit. He is worht it though.

I completed the informational meeting this past week with Dr. Nazari's staff. I was very pleased to have had all my questions not only answered but welcomed. I am very excited to begin this process and can not wait to announce that I have a date scheduled!!

UPDATE: I met with Dr. Naziri in early November and was very pleased with my choice in surgeon!! I really like him. He was very easy to talk to and answered all my questions! He also has a very quick wit that makes him fun to talk to!

Good first impression.

Dr. Naziri was great. Friendly and personable and answered all my questions. He made me feel like a person not just a patient.
I recommend him and all of the staff at Nash Health Care's Surgical Weight Loss Center. They were very thorough with information for pre-op and post-op plan.
I rate them all with an excellent rating and have been telling everyone that I know that might be interested to check them out.
My only complain about my whole experience thus far was after my surgery I wasn't given a summary of my surgery and the procedure that had actually taken place. I'm assuming that I will learn all about it at my 2 week post-op appointment.

Dr. Nazari has great bed side manners. I work for a doctor and beleive me some do not!! He is very knowledgeable and competent and is glad to answer any questions you have to ask. He explained the surgery in detail so that you know up front what to expect. His staff was great. I would rate him a 10!!!!

I think he is great. He did my moms surgery and she has done fantastic.

I have known Dr. Nazari for a few years... our daughter's play on the same soccer team. I was very comfortable with having him do my surgery.rnThe office staff has been wonderful, and responsive to all my questions leading up to surgery.rnSince surgery, I have pretty much been on my own (I am a nurse and pretty knowledgeable on post op care). rnI have been back to see he for some post op visits which were very short. I have lost 70 lbs in 4 months, and have ~30 more to go. rnI highly recommend him to anyone considering GOP or lap band surgery.rn

My first impression of him was that he was a caring doctor.rnMy impression never change inreference.rnDr. Nazari staff is very caring and very concidering.rnI have no least liking about my surgery doctor. He is one of the best out of a million. (my opinion)rnFuture patients would know from me that Dr. Wade Nazari is a wonderful doctor.rnI can't express enough about his emphasize after care.rnI'm not sure.rnHe addressed it very well he didn't sugar coat anything he told me everything I needed to know he even told me that it was a possibility I might not make it out of surgery. I just want to say I thank god I had a surgeon by the name of Dr. Nazari and I would recommend him to anyone.rnI would have to say all both of them were excellent.
